LIGHT Pre Work Out Recipe

Before physical training from running to weight training, LIGHT will greatly increase strength and stamina.

LIGHT is a mineral drink that supercharges the body. Using LIGHT  approximately 30 minutes pre workout.

Add 1 teaspoon of LIGHT to 5 to 8 ounces of your drink.  Orange juice or Grapefruit juice are a perfect transport for LIGHT.  Select a juice that is organic. Freshly squeezed juice is ideal.  If juice is not available you can use 8 ounces of distilled water.  Add LIGHT to juice mix and drink immediately.

Never drink LIGHT straight it is a concentrate and will not perform properly. The taste of LIGHT straight is rough.

Maintaining regular usage of LIGHT you will transform your physical abilities. Document your physical training before starting LIGHT and then after.  Enjoy.
